Mr. Darcy at the Gardiners

I heard through Mrs. Bennet that Mr. Darcy resided in London, helping the Gardiners. In my opinion, that man overstayed his welcome. He is so rude, so annoying, so prideful, so irksome. His one true redeeming quality is his relations. Being Lady Catherine's nephew is the only barrier between my total loathing of that man. His obsession with the Bennets is quite unbecoming. Why would he go to London to stay with Mr. Bennet's brother?

  1. Please Mr. Collins. You do not know the true Mr. Darcy. My sister and I have been able to meet Darcy's real character and he is in fact a kind gentleman and you should give him another chance.

  2. First of all Mr. Collins, I am none of what yyou called me. You are just jealous that Elizabeth likes me and not you. She doesnt like you because you're ugly and poor. And I dont have an obsession with the Bennets. Whats so wrong with being a nice person?

  3. Mr. Collins, he is none of those things! He has pride, but it is good pride! I heard from a few people that Darcy acted very nicely throughout the visit! One might even say nicer than his usual self! You really should not judge Mr. Darcy anymore!

  4. Hey, don't talk about my best friend like that. He is quite the opposite of everything you accused him of being. Just because Lizzy didn't want to marry you doesn't mean she has to decline Darcy. Have a little class.

  5. First of all, I don't see you trying to help anyone find Lydia Bennett, all you are doing is complaining about other people that are better than you. This is a serious scandal that is taking lots of time for the Gardiners, and they can use any help they can get. Also, I am not obsessed with the Bennetts, they are just nice people that happened to get involved with the loathsome Mr. Wickham.
P.S. I think you're still mad that Elizabeth rejected you.

  6. I disagree. Mr. Darcy is a commendable man who deserves much praise in his actions regarding Lydia and Wickham's marriage. After all, despite all that Wickham has committed against Darcy and his family, Darcy selflessly paid Wickham the money for Wickham to marry Lydia.

  7. Like many of the comments you have towards me, it seems that you are once again jealous. You are jealous of the fact that I am gaining feeling from Elizabeth. Also, I do not see you taking any part in finding Lydia. I just hear you jabbering about nonsense. Stop your jealousy Mr. Collins.
